Our new fashion summer camp for kids and tweens combines the best parts of fashion and design for ages 6-12 years old. Limited to only 15 campers, our one-of-a-kind camp teaches students how to sew, design and style their own garments in one week.
Each day breaks down into three classes with experienced instructors (and our CPR & First Aid certified TFC manager) who work in the fashion industry. Small class sizes allow each camper to get the attention and tools they need to design and create.
We’ll start the morning off with fashion illustration and branding class (we learn how to create our own fashion brands by designing logos and products!) After lunch it's time to sew in our large fully equipped sewing studio where we make real, wearable garments (campers will sew three items in one week).
The best part is . . . camp ends with a fashion show for parents and friends! Our fashionistas will show off their sewn garments, brands and illustration portfolios on Friday at pick-up (3pm).
Campers can register for 1+ weeks (after two weeks some lessons may repeat). All supplies (except lunch) are included. Join us this summer in our large, bright and pink studio in Merrick!
